  Discussing female/ male leadership over a coffee. Today 5 out of 50 bigger companies is run by women in Sweden. Its a pretty high number comparing to other countries. It’s about time we stop blaming the men, and realising we are all human beings and what we want to do or be is all up to our selfs. It all starts within yourself, and nobody else. Personal Note: No man has ever tried to stop me in my carrier, but sadly many women have. Let us just all work together and help each other.
